Creating the ‘Perfect Serve’ with Aperol Spritz

The Spritz is a popular ritual! It is undoubtedly the most widespread and commonly drunk aperitif in Italy (not to mention the fastest growing branded cocktail in the UK last year): a traditional ice-breaker and symbol of a lively atmosphere. To encourage your ‘La Dolce Vita’ mindset, we’re sharing 5 simple steps on how to create the perfect Aperol Spritz…

Our teams have been trained by Aperol themselves, giving them the top tips in creating the perfect Spritz.
1. Start with a nice big wine glass
2. Add a good scoop of cubed ice
3. Next, add 3 parts crisp Italian Prosecco
4. Top with 2 parts Aperol
5. Finally, add a splash of soda water and finish with a slice (or two) of fresh orange
